Shipping Information

All packages are shipped from our Buffalo, NY warehouse.
 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING WITHIN THE LOWER 48 STATES
Shipping is calculated on the total weight of your order. Your shipping total will be given to you when you proceed through checkout, where you can then choose your shipping method. Shipping and handling for all our items does include insurance. We ship UPS ground for all orders being sent to a street address, and we do prefer if you have your items shipped to a street address. We ship USPS for all items being sent to a P.O box. Note about  APO, or FPO addresses. We cannot ship any order to an APO or FPO address. Any order being shipped to one will be canceled.

• All items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment is received (items paid by personal check will be shipped after check clears)
• Buyers who have their items sent to a street address will receive an Email from UPS with all tracking information once your item is sent.
• Here is when you can expect to receive your package when it is shipped UPS ground.

• UPS Ground Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico: 6 Business Days
• UPS Next Day Air: Delivered Next Business day after shipment
• UPS 2-Day: Delivered 2 Business days after shipment
• UPS 3-Day Select: Delivered 3 Business days after shipment
• UPS World Wide Express: 2-3 Business Days

 

Business days are Monday thru Friday and exclude all holidays.

Shipping to an APO or FPO

We are very sorry but due to restrictions by the United States Postal Service we cannot and will not ship to any APO or FPO. You will not be able to place an order to a APO or FPO and any order that sneaks through will be cancelled. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Canada will be insured. When making payment, all Canadian orders must include a phone number, so please include a phone number with your payment. Canadian buyers are responsible for ALL duties, taxes and any other import fees for their country, we do not know what these prices are.

SHIPPING FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

Shipping and handling for all international purchases is insured. We only ship UPS EXPRESS for all international orders, no exceptions, and you can expect your items in about 2 business days after it is shipped. When making payment all international orders must include a phone number, so please include a phone number with your payment. International buyers are responsible for ALL duties, taxes and any other import fees for their country, we do not know what these prices are.

CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS:
If paying by check please note that your check will be held for up to 7 business days for your check to clear our bank. Merchandise will not be shipped out until payment has been received and cleared our bank. If paying by money order your order will be shipped after payment is received in the mail.
