Return & Cancellation Policy
Christmas Central takes pride in our products and services. While we strive for perfect product and delivery every time, we are aware that problems can occur. Please be sure to inspect the contents of your package immediately upon receipt. If you have an issue with a product that doesn't work or otherwise isn't quite right, review our policies below. We hope this helps make every transaction as smooth as possible.
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot cancel your order once you have placed it. If you have any other questions that aren't answered below, please see our contact us page for ways to reach customer service.
Christmas Merchandise Returns
There are no returns of Christmas merchandise after December 1st.
Returning Unused/Unopened Item(s)
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK (POSTMARKED) WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE PRODUCT BEING DELIVERED TO YOUR DOOR. ITEM(S) MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND WITH ALL ORIGINAL CONTENTS OR THE RETURN WILL BE REFUSED.

Please be sure to include the following with your return: Your Christmas Central order number, contact information, email address and why you are returning the product(s). You may send the merchandise back via the shipping carrier of your choice. Please be sure to use a traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. There is no need to contact us regarding your return as long as you follow these simple steps.
Christmas Central will not pay for postage on any returned merchandise unless the return is a result of our error. You will be credited for the merchandise only, less a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund. Refunds will be applied back to the payment method used to complete your transaction.
Exceptions To Our Return Policy
Unfortunately, any women's swimwear or intimates aren't returnable unless we made a mistake in your order or in shipping. This is New York State law. In addition, no food items can be returned.
If you receive a damaged item please call us at (800) 433-0038 or (716) 706-0320 or email us at email@example.com. Do not send damaged items back unless instructed to do so. Damages must be reported within 3 business days from the day you receive your purchase. No Exceptions. within 3 business days from the day you receive your purchase so that a replacement may be sent.
All defective claims must be made within 3 business days from the day you receive your purchase. If your merchandise fits these criteria, please call us at (800) 433-0038 or (716) 706-0320 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that a replacement may be sent. In an effort to keep our prices low, Christmas Central does not warranty your purchase. If your item should break after 3 days of normal use we will be happy to supply you with the manufacturer's contact information and it will be your responsibility to contact them for any and all warranties they may provide. We cannot accept defective items back after the stated time frame, due to the fact that we do not know the elements/conditions in which the item was used.
Wrong Item Received

Christmas Central does not offer exchanges on returns.
