Shipping Information

Most packages are shipped from our Buffalo, NY warehouse, and at this time we can only ship your package to the United States or Canada.
 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING WITHIN THE LOWER 48 STATES
We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all www.christmascentral.com orders over $77. Shipping and handling for all our items does include insurance. If you need your package shipped faster we do offer UPS Next Day Air, UPS Second Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select (the free shipping promotion does not apply to these services). You can choose any one of these shipping methods at time of checkout.  We ship UPS all orders being sent to a street address, and we do prefer if you have your items shipped to a street address. We ship USPS for all items being sent to a P.O box. Note about  APO, or FPO addresses. We cannot ship any order to an APO or FPO address. Any order being shipped to one will be canceled.  

• All Ground packages will be shipped within 2 business days after payment is received (items paid by personal check will be shipped after check clears)
• Next Day, Second Day, and 3 Day Select packages are shipped the next business day
• You will recieve tracking information from us after your package(s) have shipped
• Here is when you can expect to receive your package when it is shipped UPS ground.

• UPS Next Day Air: Delivered Next Business day after shipment

• UPS 3-Day Select: Delivered 3 Business days after shipment
• UPS World Wide Express: 2-3 Business Days

Shipping to an APO or FPO

We are very sorry but due to restrictions by the United States Postal Service we cannot and will not ship to any APO or FPO. You will not be able to place an order to a APO or FPO and any order that sneaks through will be cancelled. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

 

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING FOR HAWAII, ALASKA, PUERTO RICO, AND US VIRGIN ISLANDS

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands, will be insured.

 

Canada Shipping Information 

 

Orders to Canada now pay a flat rate of $17.00 regardless of how much you buy. And there are no DUTY, or BROKERAGE FEES to pay. So whether you purchase 1 item or 100 items shipping is just $17.00. Canada orders are subject to a 12% GST and PST tax that will be charged to you at time of checkout. Orders shipped to Canada are sent UPS Standard. We do offer overnight service to Canada via UPS World Wide Express.

 

WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES OR CANADA. If you are an international customer looking to purchase a large ammount of goods ($5,000 minimum purchase), please contact us and we will be happy to work with you. We will ship your goods to a port in the United States where you can arrange shipping to yourself.

CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS:
If paying by check please note that your check will be held for up to 7 business days for your check to clear our bank. Merchandise will not be shipped out until payment has been received and cleared our bank. If paying by money order your order will be shipped after payment is received in the mail.
